Cancel Policy

We understand that scheduling conflicts arise. To ensure fair compensation for our staff and maintain consistent scheduling for all clients, Cleaning Details Inc enforces the following cancellation policy:

1. Standard Policy

Same-Day Cancellation 50% of the total cleaning fee

Same-Week / Short-Notice Cancellation Flat $50 cancellation fee

2. Fee Details

A. Same-Day Cancellation

If a client cancels the scheduled cleaning appointment on the same day it is due to occur:

• Charge: You will be charged 50% of the total cost of the scheduled service.

• Example: For a $200 scheduled job, the cancellation fee would be $100.

B. Same-Week / Short-Notice Cancellation

If a client cancels the scheduled cleaning appointment within the same week (e.g., within 1–6 days of the appointment, but not on the same day):

• Charge: You will be charged a flat $50 short-notice fee.

3. Avoiding Fees

To avoid any cancellation fees, please notify Cleaning Details Inc of any needed rescheduling or cancellation at least seven (7) days prior to your confirmed appointment date.

4. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate a new time slot within the same week, subject to availability. Rescheduling within the same week is still subject to the $50 short-notice fee if not done seven days in advance.
