If your home has more than four bedrooms, pick the closest row and mention it when you book, or give us a call. Homes above four bedrooms are priced at the free walkthrough, because the time depends on the layout as much as the room count.

Details is a range for larger floor plans because the time depends on the condition of the home and how long it has been since the last cleaning. We confirm where your home lands at the free walkthrough, and the price does not change after that.

A Deep Clean needs a walkthrough because it includes the add-ons on top of Details, and the work inside a fridge, an oven, and a set of cabinets depends on their condition. The walkthrough is free, takes 15 to 20 minutes, and gives you a real number instead of a guess.

The difference between Clean Up and Details is the kitchen and the bathrooms. Clean Up covers dusting, sweeping, mopping, sinks, mirrors and trash, and is meant to hold a home that is already in good shape. Details adds appliance and fridge exteriors, cabinet faces, counters, light fixtures, full bathrooms with tubs, interior windows, tracks and sills, blinds and vacuuming. Most recurring clients are on Details.

Yes, you can add the garage, the inside of the fridge, stove or oven, and walls and spiderweb removal to a Clean Up or Details. The garage is $20, the fridge, stove or oven is $30, and walls and spiderwebs are $10. Carpet cleaning, windows and blinds, the patio or backyard, and laundry are priced per job once we know the size. Tick them on the row when you book.

The price for a recurring schedule is the Details price for your floor plan, and the rate holds as long as the home and the scope stay the same. Weekly, every other week and monthly schedules are all available after the first visit, and recurring clients keep the same team wherever the schedule allows. Most homes start with one Deep Clean so the standing visits begin from a reset.

Commercial spaces are priced at a free walkthrough rather than from the residential sheet. Offices, retail floors and salons vary too much in traffic, hours and square footage for a floor-plan price to hold. We walk the space, agree the room list and the frequency in writing, and set a price against it that stays the same every visit.
