A Clean Up covers general dusting of surfaces in every room, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming the floors, a basic wipe down of the kitchen, basic cleaning of the bathrooms, and taking out the trash. It is the same checklist on every visit, which is what keeps a recurring schedule consistent. It does not include the full kitchen and bathroom detail, interior windows, or the insides of appliances. Those are part of Details and Deep Clean, or can be added on.

A Clean Up for a 3 bedroom house with 2 to 3 baths starts at $140 to $160, a 2 bedroom starts at $120, and a studio or 1 bedroom starts at $110. Those are starting prices by floor plan. The free 15 to 20 minute walkthrough is where we confirm the number for your home, so a Gardena house that has been kept up and one that has not do not get the same guess. The price you get at the walkthrough is the price on cleaning day.
A Clean Up does not include the inside of appliances, cabinet interiors, interior windows and tracks, or full tub and shower scrubbing.
