A Deep Clean for a 3 bedroom home with 2 to 3 baths starts at $400, a 2 bedroom starts at $300, a studio or 1 bedroom starts at $250, and a 4 bedroom starts at $500. Those are starting prices because the work inside an oven, a fridge, and a set of cabinets depends on their condition, so every Deep Clean is priced at the free walkthrough. Ruby sees the home and tells you the number the same visit, and it does not change on cleaning day. The garage, the appliance interiors, and the walls are in that price.

A Deep Clean takes five to six hours in most homes, and a full team does the work. We never send one cleaner alone to deep clean a whole home, which is the shortcut that leaves the second bathroom and the inside of the cabinets undone at the end of the day. The team works room by room so you can see progress as it happens, and you walk the home with us at the end before you pay. A larger home gets a bigger team rather than a longer day.

You need to empty the fridge before a Deep Clean if you want the inside done, and clear the cabinets and drawers you want cleaned inside. Personal items can stay in the rooms, but anything on the counters that you would rather we not move should be put away first. Tell us which appliances to open up and which surfaces need a specific product, natural stone or unsealed wood for example. Plan for the team to be in the home most of the day.

Ruby recommends a Deep Clean about every three months, so the whole home gets reset four times a year with Details or Clean Up visits in between. A home that has never had one starts there so the recurring visits begin from a clean baseline. In older Gardena and Lomita houses the first one does most of the work, because the grease above the stove, the bathroom grout, and the inside of the fridge have been building up for years. After that, the quarterly reset is a shorter day.

Wall spot cleaning and spiderweb removal are included in a Deep Clean, along with the garage and the inside of the fridge, stove, and oven, all of which are add-ons on a Clean Up or Details. The Deep Clean also covers heavy duty scrubbing in the kitchen and bathrooms and the inside of the cabinets and drawers. The patio or backyard, windows and blinds, laundry, and carpet cleaning are sized at the walkthrough, so tell us then if you want them on the day.
