What older Lomita homes need
Long occupancy is the thing here. A house that has had the same family in it for twenty years has been cleaned plenty, but usually on the surface. The grout goes dark. The window tracks fill in. The baseboards and floor edges collect a layer you stop seeing after a while. Wiping counters every week does not touch any of that. One deep clean brings the kitchen and bathrooms back, and a regular visit after that keeps them from sliding again. Most homes here only need that reset once.
