Deep Cleaning in Huntington Beach

The garage and the patio can be included in a Huntington Beach cleaning, and we ask at the walkthrough whether you want them, because that is where the sand starts. Surfboards and beach gear live in those same spots, and plenty of clients here want them covered even though they fall outside a normal room list. If they are in, they are priced in from the beginning, so nothing shows up later as an extra you did not agree to. The garage is $20 on a Clean Up or Details and included in a Deep Clean, and the patio is priced per job.

Floors in a Huntington Beach home need doing on every visit, because sand arrives every day of the year and it is abrasive, settling into carpet pile, grout lines, and floor finishes rather than sitting on top. How often the floors get done matters more than how hard we go at them once, so floor work sits on the standing list for every visit and not only the Deep Cleans. A schedule that treats the floors as one line among many falls behind fast here.

Carpet cleaning can be added to a Huntington Beach Deep Clean, and that is how most clients here book it, so the whole house finishes on the same day. Carpet cleaning gets added in Huntington Beach more often than in most cities we cover, because sand works down into the pile where vacuuming stops reaching it. It is priced per job once we see the rooms at the walkthrough. Huntington Beach is on our Orange County route, so the recurring visits after the Deep Clean hold a set day.

A Deep Clean for a 3 bedroom home with 2 to 3 baths starts at $400, a 2 bedroom starts at $300, a studio or 1 bedroom starts at $250, and a 4 bedroom starts at $500. Those are starting prices because the work inside an oven, a fridge, and a set of cabinets depends on their condition, so every Deep Clean is priced at the free walkthrough. Ruby sees the home and tells you the number the same visit, and it does not change on cleaning day. The garage, the appliance interiors, and the walls are in that price.

A Deep Clean takes five to six hours in most homes, and a full team does the work. We never send one cleaner alone to deep clean a whole home, which is the shortcut that leaves the second bathroom and the inside of the cabinets undone at the end of the day. The team works room by room so you can see progress as it happens, and you walk the home with us at the end before you pay. A larger home gets a bigger team rather than a longer day.

You need to empty the fridge before a Deep Clean if you want the inside done, and clear the cabinets and drawers you want cleaned inside. Personal items can stay in the rooms, but anything on the counters that you would rather we not move should be put away first. Tell us which appliances to open up and which surfaces need a specific product, natural stone or unsealed wood for example. Plan for the team to be in the home most of the day.
